How the Talent Pool Works

Onward maintains a national pool of qualified land professionals and project specialists. When you join the Talent Pool, we collect your resume, specialties, home base, preferred work areas, travel willingness, and availability.

We use your home area as a starting point and identify opportunities within an approximate 100-mile radius, then expand based on the states, counties, regions, or project types you are willing to travel for.

When a client project matches your location, specialty, experience, and availability, our system can flag you for review. We then reach out to confirm your interest and availability before presenting you for the opportunity.

This helps Onward quickly assemble local or regional teams for right-of-way projects, renewable projects, pipeline and transmission work, title support, GIS support, field access, and project management assignments.
